By visiting www.CANTFADEME.com (the Site), you are agreeing to these Terms and Conditions of Use. This Agreement is subject to change at any time, and changes are effective upon posting via the Site. All materials included on the Site are for the private use by authorized users only, and any other use is strictly prohibited by CANTFADEME.COM, Inc. and will constitute a violation of its limited license and authorization of use.
1. AUTHORIZED USE AND CONDUCT
You acknowledge that you may only use the materials available on this site as authorized by cantfademe.com, and any materials posted or uploaded by you that violate any of these provisions may be deleted at cantfademe.com sole discretion.
You will not use this Site for any illegal or offensive conduct and will not post any communication that is libelous, slanderous, contains offensive language or violates any other individual's privacy rights. You will also not infringe on any intellectual property rights of cantfademe.com or any of its licensors through use of this Site.
You understand that cantfademe.com is granting you a limited license for authorized use of the Site only, and removal of any proprietary notices is strictly prohibited. You also acknowledge that you may not modify or disassemble any of the materials on the Site.
2. INDEMNIFICATION
You will be held personally liable and will fully indemnify cantfademe.com and its successors and assigns for any and all damages directly, indirectly and/or consequentially resulting from any attempted or actual unauthorized downloading or other duplication of materials from the Site by you alone or under the authority of any another person.
Damages may include all direct and consequential damages directly resulting from the unauthorized use of the Site and may include loss of revenue, fines, and attorney's fees and costs.

Except for that information which is in the public domain or for which you have been given permission, you may not copy, modify, publish, transit, distribute, perform, display, or sell any such proprietary information.
4. LIMITATIONS ON COMPANY'S LIABILITY
Except in jurisdictions where such provisions are restricted (and in that event liability is disclaimed to the fullest extent permitted by law), in no event will cantfademe.com. be liable to you or any third person for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special or punitive damages, including also lost profits arising from your use of the Site.
Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, cantfademe.com liability to you for any cause whatsoever, and regardless of the form of the action, will at all times be limited to the amount paid, if any by you to cantfademe.com, Inc. for using the Site.
You acknowledge that cantfademe.com does not control, and is therefore not responsible, for any information that you provide to others on this Site. Notwithstanding this release of responsibility, cantfademe.com may monitor all communication posted on the Site to ensure that users are abiding by all terms and conditions.

cantfademe.com reserves the right to disclose information about your usage of the Site and demographics without revealing your personal identity. None of the materials disclosed will be sold or collected in any way.
You hereby authorize cantfademe.com to send periodic commercial or informational messages via electronic mail and that your use of this Site grants cantfademe.com this right. Messages will continue to be sent to you until you specifically notify cantfademe.com to stop sending said messages.
6. ARBITRATION OF DISPUTES
Any and all disputes arising out of or related to these terms and conditions and/or your relationship with cantfademe.com and/or your use of this Site shall be submitted to binding arbitration according to the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
The arbitration shall take place in Las vegas , Nevada and shall be governed by Nevada law.
